I have always liked analytical problems that required understanding and critical thinking to solve them. Ever since I was introduced to the world of mathematics and programming, I knew these were just the things for me. As a result, I have always known my place would be in the Computer Science field.
I have had experience working as part of a team in both work environments and educational settings, including school-based projects involving leadership and participation. I have also experience in the research field by taking part in a Canada wide research project as a research assistant that implemented ML procedures to analyse the education of grade 1-10 students in canadian schools.
In addition, I have also worked in the service and retail industry to provide for myself during my education. This allowed me to gather additional important skills such as communication, empathy, teamwork, stress management etc.
